At Alexandra Ink, we value your trust and strive to provide exceptional service and products. Please review our returns and exchanges policy below.
Services (Nano Brows & Small Tattoos)
All services are final sale and non-refundable.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred once with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
Missed appointments, late arrivals, and last-minute cancellations result in forfeiture of your deposit.
Touch-ups and corrections are billed separately and are not included in the initial service fee.
Store Purchases
Once our online store launches, the following policies will apply to all product orders:
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, digital products, and sale/clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds
Refunds are processed to the original payment method once returned items have been received and inspected.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
A replacement or refund will be arranged as quickly as possible.
